Privacy policy

We process only the data you send us yourself, and only so that we can get back to you. Below is what we do with it and what rights you have.

Who is the controller

AimTidy.com s.r.o.
Reg. No.: 02924021, VAT ID: CZ02924021

E‑mail: info@idana.cz

The controller has not appointed a data protection officer. For all matters concerning the processing of your data, contact us at the e‑mail address above.

What data we process and why

  • Contact form: first name, last name, e‑mail, phone, company name and the text of your message. The purpose is to handle your enquiry or question. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
  • Newsletter: e‑mail address. The purpose is to send information about the development of iDana.cz and tips for handling company documents. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Providing your data is voluntary. Without it, however, we cannot contact you or send you the newsletter.

How long we keep the data

We keep contact form data for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry, and then for no more than 3 years from the last contact. The newsletter e‑mail address is processed until you withdraw your consent. You can unsubscribe using the link in every message or by e‑mailing info@idana.cz.

Who we share the data with

Submitted forms are received by our application interface at w.idana.cz, which we operate on our own infrastructure. The data is further processed by hosting and e‑mail providers acting as processors, exclusively under a data processing agreement. We do not transfer form data outside the European Economic Area and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Until you give us consent, we store no cookies in your browser. You consent to analytics and marketing cookies separately. With analytics cookies we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to measure traffic. It stores the _ga and _ga_* cookies, valid for up to 2 years, which recognise you as a returning visitor, never by name. With marketing cookies Google can measure whether you came from one of our ads and show our ads to people who visited the site (remarketing). For that it stores the _gcl_* cookies, valid for 90 days, and may also use its own cookies on Google domains. For the same purpose we use the Sklik measuring code (Seznam.cz, a.s.), which may store cookies on our domain as well as on Seznam domains, the LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company), which stores cookies on our domain as well as on LinkedIn domains, and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), which stores the _fbp and _fbc cookies, valid for 90 days, and may also use its own cookies on Meta domains (Facebook, Instagram). Without consent the measurement runs in a limited mode that stores nothing in your browser and only sends anonymous signals about page views and what you do on the page (e.g. clicking a button or submitting a form, without its content). Google, LinkedIn and Meta may process that data outside the European Economic Area as well. You can change your choice at any time.

Apart from cookies, we use your browser's storage (localStorage and sessionStorage): we remember your choice in the cookie banner and the unsent content of the contact form, so it is not lost when the page reloads. If you arrived through a link tagged with a campaign (utm_ parameters), we remember the tag until you close the tab and attach it to your contact form message, so we know where the enquiry came from. After you send the form, we remember that you sent it until the thank-you page loads, so the enquiry is counted only once in our measurement. This data stays in your browser and is not sent anywhere until you submit the form yourself. The draft is deleted once the form is sent successfully; otherwise you can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to the processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by e‑mailing info@idana.cz; we will handle them within one month at the latest.

If you believe that our processing of your data breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.

Security

Form data is transmitted encrypted (TLS). Access to the stored data is limited to the few members of our team who need it to handle your enquiry.
